Mole oyster tacos

  • 30 oz oyster mushrooms, cut into strips

  • Adobo spice

  • Neutral oil

  • 1 cup Broth 

  • 1 cup Mole (preferably homemade) 

  • Sesame seeds

  • 2 cups masa

  • 1 cup flour

  • ¼ cup broth

  • Pickled red cabbage to serve

  • 2 avocados 

  • ¼ cup lime juice

  • 4 tsp cilantro stems, finely chopped+ ½ cup chopped cilantro leaves, to serve

  • ½ tsp pepper sauce

  • 2 tsp avocado oil

  • ½ cup (milk or cashew) Queso to serve
